Expanding multi-disciplinary firm in Dallas, TX specializing in single-family, multi-family, and commercial project typologies seeks to immediately fill a senior position on our Survey Team. We are looking for a Surveyor-in-Training (SIT) or a Survey AutoCAD Designer to help our growing team!

Responsibilities:
Assist RPLS with daily operations and tasks, including scheduling field crews and assisting CAD Operators with calculations
Use of AutoCAD Civil3D software to produce Boundary/Title Surveys, Topographic Surveys, Subdivision Plats, ALTA Surveys, and other survey-related maps and exhibits
Assist with training and onboarding of CAD Draftsmen
Ability to solve field calculations and assist with technical issues from field crews

Qualifications:
Basic knowledge of standard civil engineering principles required
Ability to read and understand civil engineering documents such as Grading, Paving, Water/Sewer, Electric Plans
Produce preliminary and final design drawings using AutoCAD software for Single-Family development
Extreme attention to details
Minimum of 2 years of AutoCAD design experience required
EIT passed preferred but not required
SIT passed preferred
