Federal judge rules that RM client Avi Adelman can take civil rights case to jury. Here's what happened:

(1) The court denied DART’s motion for summary judgment and ruled that there is sufficient evidence to take the case to a jury;
(2) the court found that Adelman can proceed on his claim that DART and the arresting officer violated his Fourth Amendment right to be free from arrest without probable cause; and
(3) the court found that, while the arrest officer has immunity from a First Amendment claim, Adelman can proceed on his claim that DART violated his First Amendment rights by establishing a policy that made it illegal to take photographs on public DART property.
