The Dallas Lean In Circle was started with the idea of helping women of all professional and cultural backgrounds to connect face to face and share stories.
All through history women have shared wisdom through storytelling. The Dallas Lean In Circle provides women an environment where we are free to explore and start a conversation that begins with โWhat is your story?โ and โWhat do you want to do? It is also about having a glass of wine, talking to the women next to you, listening to inspiring stories, and giving opportunity the chance to find you.
The Circle is not selective, it does not matter if you are senior or junior, at home with the kids or a captain of industry. It is about women getting together to encourage, support, and sometimes challenge each other in a safe and always supportive environment.
