We’ve got not one, but TWO Industry Insights lunches coming up in June!

Join us Wednesday, June 3, for a look at Family Office Investors and Tuesday, June 16, for a discussion on how unconventional capital sources are reshaping the CRE investment landscape.

Both programs will take place at our Uptown offices. Registration opens and networking will begin at 11:30 a.m. Programs will begin at noon. Lunch will be served.

Our 2025 TREC Dallas Guns project team met with students at the Dallas ISD Paul L. Dunbar Learning Center on Friday to talk about their forthcoming STEAM lab!

The project, a renovation of an existing lab space, is the first of two Dallas Catalyst Project: Mill City collaborations our Young Guns are taking on with the school.

A ribbon-cutting ceremony for the STEAM lab is tentatively being planned for August.
