District 2: All Candidates
We feel that all 3 of these candidates in this race, Kevin Malonson, Jimmy Tran & Sarah Weinberg, will be a force for good on the Dallas ISD board and fight for kids. Each candidate has their own strengths and weaknesses, reflected in the scorecard below.

D2 voters- We urge you to watch the panel recordings and decide which of these 3 great candidates best align with your values and vision for the district.

Dallas Kids First was originally founded in 2012 when there was little public interest in the thankless task of running for school board. We are thrilled to be in a place as a district that we have 3 candidates who easily would have received our sole endorsement at that time.

In District 2 this year, we believe that there is no bad choice and that when making decisions, all 3 candidates would put Dallas kids first.
