Robinette's is an apple farm that was founded in 1911 in Grand Rapids, Michigan. Today was the owner's 90th birthday celebration. He was the 2nd generation to run it. The company which has since expanded to include a store, restaurant, winery and local landmark. The 4th generation is running it now and training the 5th generation to run it into the next 100 years.

Customer service should began and end with EVERY customer, EVERY location, EVERY time, your customer does not know if a location is corporate owned or franchised. And quite frankly, they shouldn't even know the difference.

"For the first time in my life, I went into a McDonald's that was filthy. The bathroom, the tables weren't clean, there was a 3' by 4' puddle of water by the counter. The associates including the manager had not even noticed. I walked out, I did not even buy my coke I came in for or use the restroom.
This is a location I have frequently visited over the last 13 years. It has never looked like this and I will likely never return."
