La Historia número 9 de 45 viene de una mamá que participó en nuestro programa Healthy Kids, Healthy Families:

“El programa Healthy Kids, Healthy Families es lo mejor que me ha pasado a mí y a mi familia. Hemos estado viviendo tiempos llenos de incertidumbre y miedo. Sin embargo, este programa nos ha dado las herramientas para seguir adelante. Además de todo lo que está pasando en el mundo, he estado enfrentando un divorcio y criando a mis hijos por mi cuenta. Gracias a este programa de salud, he podido salir adelante ante cualquier obstáculo. Esta motivación también ha mejorado mi salud en todos los aspectos: mental, emocional, espiritual y físico. Con la ayuda de este programa, he podido hacer cambios que han mejorado mi salud y logré alcanzar un peso saludable. Mis hijos y yo también hemos aprendido a apreciar y valorar cada momento que pasamos juntos. Estoy convencida de que sin el apoyo y la motivación, nada de esto hubiera sido posible para mí. “The Healthy Kids, Healthy Families program is the best thing that has happened to me and my family. We have been living in times filled with lots of uncertainty and fear. However, this program has given us the tools to keep pushing through. Aside from all that is going on in the world, I have been dealing with divorce and trying to raise my children on my own. Thanks to this health program, I have been able to rise above any obstacles that come my way. This motivation has also helped better my health in all aspects including mentally, emotionally, spiritually, and physically. With the help of this program, I have been able to make changes that have bettered my health and I was able to get my body to a healthy weight. My children and I have also learned to appreciate and cherish every moment spent together. I am convinced that without help and motivation all of this would not have been possible for me.
