Glorious Dzigns

So: I was sitting at home the other day when the Lord begin to minister to me. And one of the things He said was you say you want me, want more of me and just want to please me until it requires a sacrifice of laying down the things you feel entitled to feel.

He said when you do this you serve me with your lips but that part of your heart is far from me.

Too often we say God I want more of you until the thing we feel just and a right to feel is there.

And He said this applies to every area of your life.

When we get so easily offended, hold grudges, be petty, lack of prayer, uncommitted fasting, lack of servitude etc.

Will pride win or your heart submission to God?

This freed me so much that when I see things now or know things I swiftly let it go and immediately pray and yield my heart to God. I refuse to allow God to just be my Savior but not be Lord and have kingship in the throne of my heart. 😭🙇🏽‍♀️

A lot of times we have lip service with God but our hearts are far from it.

We can’t say we want more of Him and just want to please Him until we are in the face of a thing He wants to be KING in. We’re not willing to die to self and let go of our will for His.

It’s His will that we love with the heart of the father. It’s His will that we follow the patters and blue print of Jesus. It’s His will that we walk in His image and LIKENESS.

Ain’t no way we can say ( I mean you can say it but the lie is detected) we want to please God but not willing to sacrifice our life for His our will for His.

You can often tell when someone is consecrated in prayer by what dominates their life the flesh or the spirit.

If God tell us to do something it’s a sacrifice on our part. You break that commitment when your flesh is dominant. You also yield to your emotions when your flesh is dominate.

May the fire of God burn within us for real and we move out of lip service and to truly drawing closer to Jesus.
