Here’s a little more about my family experiences with T1D and how it has affected my sis, nephew, cousin, and close friend. Diagnosed at all different ages (10, 6, 24, and 40), but really affects families and those close to the people who have the diagnosis, as well as those who are diagnosed

Still Strengths Based, After all These Years
My name is Terri Parke, and I am a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). I have spent the majority of my career working in the field of prevention, working to try to prevent child abuse and neglect. I am currently scheduling speaking engagements, training opportunities, and am available to provide supervision to new therapists. I am approved with the licensing board to provide supervision to both aspiring LMHC’s and LMFTs (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapists).
