His bio:

Tom Donaldson is a native Texan, growing up in the Dallas-Fort Worth area, graduating from Garland High School and the University of North Texas. He also holds the Master of Divinity degree from Southwestern Baptist Theological Seminary in Fort Worth. He and his wife Anne are in their 50th year of marriage, with an adult daughter and son, each married, and a total of 6 grandchildren. Tom served 15 years in vocational Christian ministry, working with college students on the campus of 3 universities, plus 5 years on the pastoral staff of First Baptist Church, Plano TX. Following this season of professional ministry, he worked in the high-tech sector, including 23 years at Microsoft Corporation, leading teams in the Customer Service and Support area. He is trained and certified as a Professional Coach, with much of his coaching work focused on non-profit and faith-based organizations. Tom and Anne are members of Second Baptist Church in Lubbock, where they serve in the music ministry, leadership responsibilities and community ministry.
