This will be held via Zoom Meeting. MUST BE PRESENT to learn - this class will NOT be recorded.

Open to anyone who wants to strengthen their skills with keeping a Performance Analysis Journal. Attendees can submit journal entries for review, submit questions regarding how to keep a journal, and pick our brains during the session on how to enhance your journaling techniques and habits in order to improve Self-Image and enhance your training!
