⭐️Dominique Hamilton won first place in our Target Your Level Up cohort of 2022 and is the Founder of the Black Girl Magic Museum. Dominique wanted to create a space where many could come to be inspired while learning entrepreneurship, STEAM, and black female history. She hopes that every person that tours the museum leaves empowered and with the confidence to do their part to change the world around them.

⭐️Seun "Shane" Olubodon won second place in out Target Your Level Up cohort of 2022 and is the founder and CEO of Duke & Winston. Duke & Winston was founded because of the vision of building something with care, having the bulldog courage & tenacity to go against the grain of modern brand building.

⭐️Mona El-Gharby is the WEDallas 2022 first-place winner, and is the Founder of CURLē! Her company is seeking “to reframe natural hair as elegant and luxurious in ALL contexts.”
