Exciting leadership news at Cenergistic!
We’re thrilled to welcome Justin Courtney as our new Chairman of the Board.

Justin brings more than 25 years of experience in the energy sector. Most recently, he served as Executive Vice President and Chief Investment Officer at Priority Power, where he led investment strategy and M&A initiatives.

Earlier in his career, Justin was a Managing Director at Stephens Inc., advising on 25+ transactions in the deregulated power and natural gas markets. He began his career with the Industrials M&A team at Bank of America Securities.

He holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Oklahoma State University, where he was named a Top Ten Freshman, Top Ten Senior, and Outstanding Senior by the Spears School of Business. He was recently honored as a Spears School Tribute recipient — celebrating 100 outstanding graduates over the past century.
