People ask what a typical day looks like running a small agency.

The honest answer? We usually start the day with a plan. But agency life has a way of changing that pretty quickly.

Today, our friends at Norm’s Computers in Pittston let us know their website was down. After looking into it, we found the site had been compromised with malicious code.

So we set aside the work we had planned and jumped in to help.

That kind of work is not always glamorous. It is not a big campaign launch, a polished brand rollout, or the type of project people see on social media. It may not even be the most profitable use of our time {truth 💣}
