Some individuals are not allowed to participate in the pre-tax benefits of a Premium Only Plan or Cafeteria Plan. Generally, the following individuals cannot participate:

-More-than-2% shareholders of an S-corporation

-Self-employed individuals

-Partners in an LLP or Members of an LLC

Documents provided by insurers generally do not contain the ERISA required language. An SPD Wrap document will fill in these compliance gaps.

Some increase in Auto-Substantiation rates can be achieved by doing EOB match based on exact amounts.
