Many projects—including decks, sheds, fences, pools, additions, garages, electrical work, plumbing work, and other exterior improvements—may require zoning and/or building permits before work begins. These requirements help ensure your project is completed safely, meets applicable building codes, and protects your investment.

👷 Contractors: If you're performing work within Dallas Township, you are required to register with the Township before starting work. There is no registration fee, but contractors must provide proof of liability insurance as part of the registration process.
