What a conversation these beauties are having together! I’m not sure what the green leaf is…can anyone tell me?

10x8 frame, cotton fabric base, Poplar leaf, “mystery” leaf, and Red Bud leaf.

It all started with this ethically sourced Golden Birch bark. I loved the color…it’s just beautiful. Then the eco-dyed fabrics came along and wanted to sit with the bark. The brass cross came late to the party and was welcomed to the conversation. I love the subtleness of the piece. You have to get closer to have a second look.

A different “small” for me. This is a 4x4 canvas floated in a 10x10 shadow box. Birch bark, aspen leaves, porcupine quill, handmade papers, rusted metal bird.
