FAVR Monday Manna: If God is for us, who can be against us?Romans 8:31-39 is the ultimate reminder of who you are and Whose you are.
When life feels overwhelming, these verses anchor your soul in two unshakeable truths:
No Condemnation (vv. 31-34)Who can bring a charge against those God has chosen? No one! Jesus didn’t just die for you—He conquered death and is in heaven right now pleading your case. Your mistakes do not define you.
No Separation (vv. 35-39)Paul lists out trouble, hardship, and danger. Yet, in all these things, we are “more than conquerors.” Absolutely nothing in all of creation—not the present, the future, or any power—can separate you from the love of God.The Bottom Line:You aren’t fighting for victory; you are fighting from victory. You are deeply loved, securely held, and completely victorious through Christ.

Are you ready to throw in the towel? In 1 Kings 19, we find the great prophet Elijah completely burned out. He had just won a massive spiritual victory, but after a death threat from Queen Jezebel, he ran into the wilderness, sat under a tree, and prayed to give up.Even the strongest people hit a wall.
If you are feeling overwhelmed today, Elijah’s story shows us exactly how God responds when we want to quit: He meets your physical needs first. God didn’t lecture Elijah for being afraid. He sent an angel to give him fresh bread and water. Sometimes, the most spiritual thing you can do is rest and eat.
He speaks in the quiet. God wasn’t in the roaring wind, the earthquake, or the fire. He met Elijah in a “gentle whisper.” Tune out the loud chaos of your problems to hear His voice.👥 You are not alone. Elijah thought he was the only one left fighting. God reminded him that thousands of others were standing with him, and gave him a fresh purpose.Your story is not over. Step out of the cave, rest in His presence, and let Him renew your strength for the next season.💬
