By late February, most leaders have enough information to know what’s working—and what’s quietly drifting.
This is often when business plans stop asking for more effort and start asking for clarity.

Strong isn’t reactive. It’s responsive.
Because growth doesn’t come from repeating the same day—it comes from choosing differently.

Last week, The Flamingo Project team met in person to plan the first half of 2026, and with a remote team, that doesn’t happen often. Having the chance to meet in person and spend the day slowing down enough to think clearly about what’s next was an added gift to kick-off the new year.
We talked through where the firm is headed, how our work continues to evolve across planning, research, and strategy, and what needs to stay true as TFP grows.
The Flamingo Project looks different than it once did. The team is expanding. Our services and skill sets are evolving. And the conversations are shaping what is next.
Remote work gives us flexibility. Being in the room together gives us alignment.
The day wasn’t about checking boxes. It was about clarity—so we can keep doing work that’s thoughtful, grounded, and built to last.
2025 was a year of momentum, meaning, and gratitude.
We’re grateful to the AEC clients who trusted us with big questions, the partners who shared insight and creativity, and the industry that continues to challenge and inspire us.
