This weekend at Revance HQ in Nashville, I had the privilege of joining an extraordinary group of global trainers for an intensive Train-the-Trainer program. I was honored to share best practices on a panel alongside my esteemed co-faculty: a room filled with some of the most thoughtful, skilled, and evidence-driven educators in aesthetics.

When educators collaborate instead of compete, knowledge multiplies, standards rise, and ultimately our patients receive safer, better outcomes.

I’m continually inspired by the talent, generosity, and unwavering commitment to science that defines this community. The future of aesthetic medicine isn’t built on ego - it’s built on connection, mentorship, and shared excellence.
