🗓️🌱 March is when intention turns into action.
It’s easy to talk about spring. It’s different to plant in it.
If you’re starting this season, here are five March planting reminders we always come back to:
1️⃣Start before you feel completely ready. Growth doesn’t wait for perfect conditions.
2️⃣Feed your soil first. Healthy roots begin with healthy soil.
3️⃣ Plant what you’ll actually use. Herbs for your kitchen. Greens for your table.
4️⃣ Pay attention to light. Longer days are your advantage.
5️⃣ Choose consistency over intensity. Small, steady care always wins.
March isn’t just the beginning of a season, it’s the beginning of momentum.
Plant something that future you will thank you for. 🌱

🌿 Food just tastes different when you grow it yourself.
You remember planting it. You remember watching it grow. And when you step outside to harvest what’s on your plate, it feels intentional not rushed.
A salad garden isn’t just about fresh greens. It’s about knowing. It’s about choosing. It’s about growing something you can actually enjoy.

After the flowers fade, something important is still happening beneath the surface. Those long green leaves are storing energy. The dormancy period is resetting the bulb. The quiet weeks in a cool, dark space are what make next season’s blooms possible.
Saving an amaryllis isn’t complicated, but it does require patience. It asks you to trust that growth doesn’t disappear just because it isn’t visible.
And maybe that’s why we love this part of the process most.
There are seasons when everything is blooming.
And seasons when everything is resting.
Both are necessary. 🌺
Save this for next holiday season, your future self and your bulb will thank you.

A handful of fresh mint. Warm water. A touch of honey. A squeeze of lemon. 🌿🍯🍋
This isn’t just tea, it’s a small reset in the middle of your day. Lightly bruise the mint to release its oils, steep for a few minutes, and let the warmth do the rest. It’s amazing how something so simple can feel so grounding.
Fresh mint is one of the most generous herbs you can grow in a grow bag. It thrives with minimal effort and gives back constantly, a few clipped leaves can transform an ordinary afternoon into something intentional.
Thanks for growing with Gardenuity 🧡
