We are excited to announce three new promotions at Studio Outside! Please join us in congratulating Meghan Obernberger, Mann Patel, and Katie Roberson promoted to Associate. We are proud of their many contributions to Studio Outside and look forward to seeing them continue to carry out our commitment to thoughtful landscape architecture and design excellence!

Bank OZK’s 44-acre headquarters in west Little Rock introduces a contemporary campus shaped by a strong diagonal axis that shapes the arrival, frames the atrium’s feature wall, and guides a pedestrian promenade along the north edge. To the east, naturalized ponds reflect the architecture and landscape, anchoring the site to the Arkansas River corridor.

At the entry court, two commissioned 40-foot bronze “water spirit” sculptures serve as a striking focal point, setting a tone of art-driven identity. The northern landscape shifts to a more relaxed, employee-focused environment, with outdoor seating overlooking the water and culminating at Serenity, a delicate art piece paired with a refined pavilion. Expansive lawns support events and gatherings, while native plantings echo the region’s ecology, grounding the modern campus in its natural setting.
