It's officially Maibock season, and we're honored to welcome back one of our brewmaster's most cherished recipes. 💞

A Maibock or Helles Bock is meant to ring in the end of winter with reminders of the cold weather that just passed. It's light & crisp with a significant malt presence, a more hop-forward approach to provide balance, and a higher ABV. 🌼 💐

For Dan, this beer is also meant to celebrate his wedding anniversary. Congrats on 24 years! 💍

We're super pumped for our Dallas Stars as they kick off the Stanley Cup playoffs against the Minnesota Wild this weekend, and we needed a beer to cheer on the Bing B**g Bros, the Finnish mafia, and every member of our home team.
