We’re excited to share that exterior finish-out is nearing completion at North Park Apartments. The buildings are taking their final shape with siding, stonework, balconies, roofing, and exterior details coming together beautifully.

Our team is now focusing heavily on interior finish-out, including drywall completion, cabinetry, flooring, fixtures, and final touches that will prepare each unit for future residents.

North Park Apartments is quickly transforming into a modern, high-quality community, and we’re proud of the progress being made each day.

Setbacks won't slow this team down. Despite challenging weather, progress is moving quickly at Northpark Apartments. Crews are working hard on eight buildings, 120,000 SF of paving, and 24,000 SF of sidewalks. Proud to be partnering with GVD Construction in driving this project forward.
