Moving to a new home can be very stressful. Especially when so many items move to new places and you gotta remember how to put everything back and organize it so that it makes sense for everyone but now in a NEW space. So, some containers don’t fit, others waste space, and many other little problems like that.

So one of the recommendations I have after a move is: What is the absolute first room I should unpack to regain control?

Is it the bedroom? bathroom? Kitchen?

Here is my answer…

We recently helped my In-laws and my little brother move into their new apartments within two weeks, and I loved it. While our kids where carrying things into the different rooms I was inside helping unpack and organize everything.
