I just ran across how beneficial celery juice is, so I figured why not try it. It has so many benefits for the body and mind, I wish I would've known about it years ago. Now if you don't like celery, it's going to take some time to get used to the taste. I do not like the taste of raw celery, so it's a bit difficult for me, but it's certainly worth all the benefits it provides. πŸ˜‰

My body is loving clean eating. I must say it is in fact difficult trying to maintain a healthy diet. You truly have to be mentally prepared and very disciplined in the kitchen. You won't get abs overnight, but your body will respond in a short period of time. I will have progress pics coming soon. πŸ˜ŠπŸ‘™πŸ’ͺ🏽 My advice is to stay strong, it's all worth it when you reach your goal!
