Through the IIDA Catalyst Grant, 18 chapters received support in 2025 to bring meaningful programs and initiatives to life in their communities. From advocacy and leadership development to student career opportunities and inclusive programming, chapters across the country used these grants to create real change for designers at every stage of their careers.

We had a busy day touring projects, design firms, and showrooms. Students got to see the diversity of paths one can take in our industry.
