This honor celebrates an educator who exemplifies the very best of our mission, someone who builds meaningful relationships with students, inspires academic excellence, and creates a classroom where every student feels supported, challenged, and empowered to succeed.

Known for his deep knowledge, dedication, and humble leadership, he consistently goes above and beyond for students. Whether during office hours, after school, in the hallways or between classes, he is always willing to invest his time, guidance, and encouragement. Students trust him, colleagues rely on him, and generations of graduates speak of his lasting impact - many referring to him as a “legend.”

While he may prefer to stay out of the spotlight, Dr. Kaderli's influence across our community is impossible to miss. His commitment to faith, vocation, and student success shines through in everything he does.

Adding to this well-deserved recognition, Dr. Kaderli was also named Educator of the Year by the Southeast Dallas Chamber of Commerce, a testament to the extraordinary impact he has both within and beyond our school community.
