Plants do a ton of work to give us everything we need to make moves + shake things up! Water is absorbed by their roots💧 Their leaves breathe in CO2, creating carbohydrates🥖 Minerals are drawn out of the soil, making proteins💪🏾 They take in light from the Sun to give it to us☀️ When you eat plants, you’re literally eating light! That’s why you feel so good after one of our plates 😉🌱
