Cannon Beach Surf & Adventure Park is currently under construction, with the first phase expected to open in 2027. 🏄‍♂️☀️

The Dallas Mavericks plan to build a new state-of-the-art arena and entertainment district on a 104-acre site in Far North Dallas. The proposed location is at the former Valley View Mall site, near the intersection of Interstate 635 and Preston Road, about 10 miles north of downtown Dallas.
