Looking for an experienced Make Ready Tech to join out crew ASAP. Must be fast and efficient.

Must be skilled in the following:

Sprinkler repairs
Painting ( I usually do the spraying, just need cutting in and rolling bathroom walls and tight areas)
Light plumbing repairs ( replacing faucets , toilet tank parts, etc)
Fence repairs & new installs

We perform a variety of repairs, but these are the majority of the day to day specific repairs.

Must have some basic tools:
Tape measure
Circular saw
Cordless drill
Hand tools

Reliable transportation
Able to meet at different job sites

Areas of work are:
Dallas , Plano , Rockwall , Mansfield, mesquite , McKinney , Frisco , Sherman and Denison ( we’ll do park and ride for Denison & Sherman usually )

No felony or assault records

Straight hourly $15-$18 DOE.
Depending on you’re skills/ production , I may offer you a flat rate to complete a job.

1099 (responsible for your own taxes)
