10 things to tell yourself when you're feeling consumed by your busy routine...
♡ This is my routine and I have the ability & power to change it at any time.
♡ There's no need to stress over things that I've done a million times.
♡ This takes XX mins. I know what I'm doing, I have time and I can get it done.
♡ My routine works for me, I do not work for it and I will not allow it to consume me.
♡ I'm being mindful of my energy, my mental state and well-being when I take a break.
♡ It's ok to do a little now and do a little later.
♡ I can slow down & take my time, do one thing at a time and still feel productive.
♡ With the way I show up, I have enough evidence to believe things will get done in the time I have, at the time they're meant to.
♡ When I feel the need to push myself, I can rest knowing that I trust my body enough to listen and be attentive to its needs.
♡ Just because it's busy doesn't mean I have to carry or hold "busy" energy. I can feel at ease and relaxed in a busy routine.
Be sure to give these a gentle reflection.
Recite aloud or silently with care, apply compassion & release in grace.

To be a relaxed mom...
You need ways to add in the ease.
Mom duty is time-consuming, especially when you have small children.
Those little hearts demand a lot of your attention. Undivided attention that you don't often feel like you have.
And it's not always easy to give the best of your time and keep up on the cooking, cleaning & caring.
But it's important to bond with your child, get the most quality out of it and when you can - sow in a valuable lesson.
As a mom with years of experience and a coach who's helped over a dozen moms...
I know that you do everything you can to take care of and be there for your family...
And with the overwhelming desire to do it all, you need more ways to make it less stressful.
This 4-step activity is an easy & fun way to ease your child into feeling independent...
While relieving you of a few minor responsibilities...
So you can ease into feeling more relaxed.
As you go through the activity...
Remember to lead in a calm, relaxed state for your child to follow.
Keep an open mind. Try it a set number of times. Commit to giving it 7 attempts or gage it by how long you know it takes for your child to absorb things.
Let the focus be on how it benefits you and your child. Don't rush it, give them time to take it in and give yourself room to slow down & settle into your patience.
After you try it, I'd love to hear about you and your child's experience. PM me!
