With 18 years in real estate, I’m going to say this with love. If your goal is to get wealthy by ‘flipping’ houses, it will be hard if you’re not committed and possibility unfulfilling. Please think about gaining wealth by adding value with your real estate investment goals. There are other avenues of obtaining wealth through real estate.

We’ve been leaking 12,000 gallons of clean drinking water per day for the last several years. Imagine if Sand Branch, TX had running water. This leak could have provided 40 households of 4 people water daily. There are 200 families in Sand Branch. We have all of the resources we need to solve most of our problems. We have leadership and resource allocation issues plaguing our communities.

A Major Water Leak Has Created a Swamp in the Great Trinity Forest Water has been leaking through a ruptured pipe in the Great Trinity Forest, which has created an unlikely swamp of crystal clear water. It could have been leaking for years.

I often tell people that there is no competition in real estate development. There is so much work to do, and I want to see more of us creating what our communities need based on intimate knowledge of our communities. If you’re in the industry (doing the right thing), I want to encourage you to stay in the fight! If you aspire to develop something one day, I encourage you to learn and take the leap carefully with a good mentor!

I can’t wait to bud something like this in the near future. I love classic architecture with some modern updates.
