For the first time in history, the Republican Party will hold a midterm convention right here in Dallas, Texas and we will be ready. On September 9th and 10th, as they gather to advance an agenda of division and hate, we will gather to defend our democracy, our communities, and our Constitution. This is bigger than a protest. This is a movement, and it starts with you.
Join us for the National Day of Action for Justice & Democracy on Wednesday, September 9, 2026, at 3:00 PM at Dallas City Hall Plaza. Bring your signs, bring your voice, and bring your neighbors because history is written by those who show up.

The Next Generation Action Network is honored to stand alongside the Erving family as nationally renowned civil rights attorney Ben Crump joins Attorney Sean Daredia and Attorney Blerim Elmazi in the continued pursuit of justice for Daniel Erving.
More than three months have passed since Daniel left home and never returned. While recent arrests mark an important development, the family continues to seek answers and remains committed to an independent investigation to ensure every fact is uncovered and accountability is fully pursued.
Join us as Attorney Ben Crump, the Erving family, their legal team, and Minister Dominique Alexander address the public and outline the next steps in the pursuit of truth, transparency, and justice.
