Sending out a huge thank you to Chef Morris Salerno and his restaurant Bistecca for hosting the Dallas TCA and Master Chef Society Holiday Party!
After a long year of relentless work, devoted time, and vast networking, the Dallas TCA brings its Chefs and members together to say thank you! Our dinner featured chefs: Bernard Charter, Herman Heimeyer, Bernard Muller, Patrick Mitchell, Aaron Prengler, Bill Bush, and Peter Curley.
This dinner featured many participating members and was a cornucopia of camaraderie, wisdom, friendship, and hospitality. The future is looking bright for the Dallas TCA in 2026, and the chapter hopes to see new faces and chefs in the new year.

The TCA Board was spotted at the PREP Kitchenโs Launch Party in Dallas this past Wednesday!
Prep Kitchen offers full service kitchen operations for new businesses as well as large established organizations providing test kitchen areas and a meeting/tasting room. Fully furnished with equipment including walk in coolers and freezer space. Some small shared space all the way up to large fully functional kitchens for restaurants and other meal service.
Huge thanks to Melinda Hudson, the Dallas PREP Sales and Community Manager, for inviting the TCA out to this event!
