I am so grateful to God. He loves us. He made heaven and earth and all beings to Him. Sitting here praying and God told me to write down my prayer. So here it is.

Prayer with God

“Why did I allow you to suffer?”

Because you cannot have wine without crushing the grapes. The grape is transformed from something to be eaten into something to be poured. But the kingdom of heaven is not about mere eating and drinking—it is about righteousness, peace, and joy in the Holy Spirit. (Romans 14:17)

It is appointed for every man to die once. (Hebrews 9:27)

True righteousness, peace, and joy cannot come without death—death to self, to the flesh, to the old nature.

How can you truly enjoy the wine unless the very essence of the grape is crushed? It is pulverized, crucified violently, and only then does the wine flow. Death is transformation—metamorphosis. Just as the caterpillar becomes a butterfly and fire refines into ashes before the phoenix rises, so too must you die, Guy, so that My power can be revealed in your brokenness.

People do not buy bottles of grapes—they buy bottles of wine, aged and perfected over time until it is ready to be poured. So too have I crushed you and allowed you to be aged in trials so that My Spirit may flow through you. And just as wine is poured from a glass vessel, I will pour you out to the generation you were born to serve.

“For all the kings of the earth belong to God.
He is highly honored everywhere.” (Psalm 47:9)
