We would have been so honored to be part of this stunning home in any capacity, really. So when we had the chance to prefabricate every piece of it, the question we had wasn't "how," it was "when can we start?"

We've absolutely loved watching the team take our humble packages of pre-cut and pre-drilled beams and transform them into...well, this! 😍

The Applegate Farmhouse Kit 🍎

The Applegate is a kit for people who want the look without the compromise: four bedrooms, three bathrooms, a two-car garage, and 3,123 sq. ft. of open, airy living space ready to put your personal spin on it.

Clear-span parallel and scissor trusses give you wide-open interiors with high ceilings, which means the layout is yours to configure rather than something you work around. The main floor has a generous primary suite, an open-concept living area, and a mudroom and walk-in pantry off the garage.

Upstairs, two more bedrooms and a large storage room give kids or guests their own space.
