Sometimes all it takes is one environment, one opportunity, and one moment for the lights to turn on.

At April’s CreativeZen Talk, Sten Garcia shared how stepping into film school helped him step into his identity as a creative, and how that shift opened the door to growth, connection, and a career in film and television.

His story is a reminder that when creatives are supported, seen, and surrounded by the right community, everything can change.

Join us for our next CreativeZen Talk during on May 8 with at inside .

Come be in the room for the kind of connection that can spark something bigger.

Bringing back some great memories and powerful insights from previous — our monthly breakfast lecture series (mini ). 💡

A powerful reminder from Robert Sepulveda of :

Self-empowerment starts with a decision.

The belief that you are capable of creating the life you want isn’t just motivational, it’s foundational. Real change begins when you choose it. When you decide that something in your life needs to improve and you take that first small step forward.

Growth doesn’t happen all at once. It’s built through consistent, intentional progress over time.

But here’s the truth most people overlook. You can only go so far alone.

Community matters.

Having people around you who can support you, challenge you, and reflect back what you can’t always see in yourself is essential to real growth. That’s where transformation accelerates.

And it all ties back to something deeper.

Your purpose. Your legacy. Why you’re here.

“The unexamined life is not worth living.”

Taking the time to reflect, understand your patterns, and intentionally shape your future is what ultimately allows you to create a life aligned with who you truly are.

We look forward to having you join us every 2nd Friday morning for to experience the inspiration, motivation, storytelling, and community vibes firsthand.

Join us for our monthly CreativeZen breakfast lecture series inside Zero Empty Spaces at the Design Center of the Americas in Dania Beach.

On Friday, March 13, 2026, we’re welcoming Annie Gordon.

Annie is a Master of Traditional Chinese Medicine, Licensed Acupuncturist, Integrative Medicine Practitioner, Certified Yoga Teacher, Restorative Yoga Instructor, Applied Improvisation Facilitator, and Holistic Health Educator with more than 17 years of experience.

Her journey is both professional and deeply personal. Living with Multiple Sclerosis and Clinical Depression led her to explore healing beyond the surface. Through years of study and lived experience, she discovered that healing is not only clinical. It is energetic, emotional, and profoundly human.

By weaving together acupuncture, herbal medicine, restorative yoga, and improvisation, Annie integrates humor and presence into her work. She believes laughter is not a distraction from healing, but an essential part of it.

At CreativeZen, she’ll share how ancient wisdom, modern resilience, and the courage to embrace uncertainty can transform the way we experience health and possibility.

Doors open at 8:30 AM for coffee and connection.
Talk begins promptly at 9:00 AM.

Location: , Atrium B . Free parking is available. Enter through the main entrance under the DCOTA roundabout overhang, walk toward the concierge desk, turn left into the atrium, then left again. Our space will be on your left.
