Soul-full Notes Sound Healing

My second full day at the Ferry Beach Retreat and Conference Center- lots of learning! I took an astrology class where I learned about the North and South nodes. I’m needing to channel more Leo energy so look out world! We then made vision boards. In the afternoon I had a channeling session where many things and feelings in my life were validated. I had some Vocal Energy Mapping clients and the whole day ended with a fire ceremony. Amazing!
I’ll miss hearing the sound of the ocean from my room, but I’ll definitely be back. Today it’s off to NH for my second retreat of the week. This time it’s a silent retreat! I’ll be conducting a sound bath tonight. Bring on the quiet and peace!

Yesterday was a busy day! So many people wanted to try my Vocal Energy Mapping- my time slots were full. My night was filled with facilitating two sound baths. A great day for healing! I’m looking forward to a little bit more down time today. Hopefully we won’t have rain tonight so the fire ceremony can take place. Fingers crossed!
