To all my past customers, Estimating is a huge expense so I need your thoughts:
Potential estimating guidelines:
FREE ESTIMATES:
1. Site visit
2. Provide rough estimates based upon square foot costs.
FEE DRIVEN ESTIMATES (LEVEL 1): Cost $50.00
1. Site visit.
2. Provide basic floor plan. Note: Additional $25.00 per floor.
3. Provide in brief description email project cost.
FEE DRIVEN ESTIMATE PLUS (Level 2): Cost $150.00
1. Site visit.
2. Provide detailed floor plan. Note: additional $50.00 per floor.
3. Provide detailed elevations.
4. Provide detailed proposal with actual project cost.
FEE STRUCTURE:
Level 1: Payable upon arrival
Level 2: Payable upon arrival with cost credit if project awarded.
