We are seeking a facility flex person to join our team! We are looking for initiative-taking and hardworking candidate that is capable of the daily facility responsibilities. This person will help and assist CNC machine operators, shipping and receiving with general maintenance along with cleaning, and other facility responsibilities.

Working Hours: 5:30 a.m. – 4:00 p.m. Monday - Thursday

Responsibilities:
Assist operators on machine maintenance
Shipping and receiving duties
Cleaning and general facility duties
Qualifications:
• Able to lift thirty pounds repetitively
• Ability to thrive in a challenging environment
• Excellent attendance and efficient work ethics
• Effective communication skills

Responsibilities:
• Set up our CNC MAZAK machines
• Program our CNC MAZAK machines
• Train employees on our CNC MAZAK machines
• Provide innovative solutions to improve plant efficiency

Qualifications:
• 5-7+ years of experience in programming and set up of CNC machines. Experience in MAZAK CNC machines preferred
• 5-7+ years of Milling and Lathe experience on CNC machines. Experience in MAZAK CNC machines preferred
• Excellent communication skills and experience in employee training
• Able to read and understand precision measuring
• Familiarity with plant tools and equipment
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent attendance and efficient work ethics
• Good math skills
