Spots are filling up! We’re pleased to offer A Matter of Balance: Managing Concerns About Falls, an evidence-based program designed to help adults improve balance, build strength, and increase confidence in daily activities for.
Participants will learn how to:
✔ View falls as controllable
✔ Set achievable goals for increasing activity
✔ Reduce fall risks at home
✔ Strengthen balance and mobility through guided exercises
