⭐️ Day two District 57 recap ⭐️

The SRV 12’s went on a hit parade vs. Livermore (pictured above), putting up 15 runs off 16 hits, including a solo 💣 by Luke G. On the mound, Luke and Camden K also combined to hold Livermore to one hit. The win advances the 12’s into the semi-finals of Districts as they face Pleasanton on Thursday at 5:30pm.

The 11’s also continued their winning ways, holding off Bollinger Canyon 2-1 in a nail biter. A two RBI single by Luke V put SRV on the board early, while Chase R held things down on the hill, throwing a near complete game with 5 K’s and giving up only 3 hits. The 11’s play in the semi-final game this Thursday at 5:30pm vs. Danville Little League.

And of course, happy Father’s Day to all the dads, grand dads, and father figures who spent today doing what they love most: watching their kid play ball ⚾️

⭐️ Day one District 57 recap ⭐️

The SRV 12’s (pictured above) gritted out a 2-0 win vs. Bollinger Canyon. The pitcher’s duel saw a composed Mason H throw a complete game shut out with 7 K’s and backed by a flawless defense. In the bottom of the 4th, Camden K went yard with a 2-run homer to break it open put the Orange and Blue on top. The 12’s advance to face Livermore on Sunday 6/21 at 1pm.

The SRV 11’s dispatched Dublin 11-1. Their hot bats were led by Maverick M, who collected a double, single, and 3 RBI, and a pair of singles from Griffin R. Their next game will be Sunday 6/21 vs. Bollinger Canyon at 10am.

The SRV 10’s battled back but came up short against Bollinger Canyon. After giving up 7 runs in the first inning, SRV chipped away to put up 10 runs on 12 hits, with Oliver F, Grayson S, and Ryan H each contributing two a piece. The 10’s now look to fight their way through the consolation bracket as they face the winner of Granada vs. Livermore this Monday, 6/22 at 5:30pm.
