Couldn’t pass up the chance to shout out to the Middlesex Middle School Quiz Bowl Team that once again established itself as one of THE BEST IN THE COUNTRY at this year's Middle School National Championship Tournament in May!
Not only did the A team (8th Graders Eason Brooks, Adam Kornstein, John Mollica and Lucien Presseau) make an amazing run to be a National Semi-Finalist, but the B Team (8th Graders Tyler Harris, Daniel Hrycay, Isha Kajani, Aarav Shah and Morgan Tie) and C Team (8th Grader Katie Yoo, 7th Graders Kalel Attonito, Rishi Bordia and Divya Patel and 6th Grader Daniel Simoes) also tied for 13th!! This is the first time since 2013 that three teams from one school have finished in the top 20. It's also the first time in the program's history that every team that went to nationals qualified for the playoffs!!
Huge congratulations to these students and all who support them!

Want to jump start your heart this first day of June? Consider Challenger Baseball and the past month of Saturdays it has occupied at McGuane Field. Between the coaches devoted to these kids, the high school buddies by their side and the joy all around, it's a thought to hold close as we forge ahead into the new month.
Their cheer after a game? "Bumblebee bumblebee sting, sting, sting. We think Challenger's the bestest thing!" We couldn't agree more!!!
