Our Story

My name is Amber Kemp, I am a Licensed Massage Therapist, Reiki practitioner, and Yoga instructor. I am a big advocate of preventative therapies and self-care practices to maintain a healthy, happy, and balanced lifestyle. Our wealth is in our health, after all.:)

After years of struggling with various health conditions growing up, I was introduced to holistic therapies at the age of 17 when I attended my very first yoga class. In 2014, I underwent an immersive yoga teacher training with Rishikul Yogshala in Pokhara, Nepal. I spent 30 days living with 29 people from all different countries, sharing the experience of a profound cleanse from the inside, out. Each day we ate three ayurvedic meals, practiced yoga for upwards of 4-5 hours, learned and practiced ancient cleansing practices, meditated, studied yogic philosophy, pranayama (breathing techniques), and learned anatomy & physiology in relation to yoga.

In 2015, I studied level one and two of Usui Reiki with different Reiki Masters and currently have held a level two certification since 2015. Since then, I have implemented and practiced the techniques, principles, and ethics of Reiki to deepen my experience, expertise, and flow of this beautiful form of energy work.

I felt led to expand my knowledge of the body, pain management, and sports performance and became a Licensed Massage Therapist from Connecticut Center for Massage Therapy in Newington, CT.

I now integrate everything I have learned into individually curated sessions with clients to offer the most effective and comprehensive bodywork. I am on the go, traveling to client's homes and offices for the ultimate convenience to fit into their busy schedules. My greatest fulfillment is felt when my client feels transformed in their mind and body by the end of each session.
