🚗 Parking Reminder – Palm Key Village 🚗

Good morning Palm Key Village residents! We want to share a friendly reminder regarding parking at the clubhouse and amenity areas.

Clubhouse parking is very limited and is reserved during the day for residents actively using the amenities. Unfortunately, we’ve been seeing overflow parking during daytime hours, which has made it difficult—especially for residents who need closer access—to find available spaces.

To help keep parking accessible for everyone:
• Daytime overflow parking is not permitted
• Overflow parking is allowed from dusk to 8:00 AM only
• Side parking will no longer be used for overflow
