💛 Our Senior Sidekick group is growing, and so are the friendships! 💛

Every Wednesday at 2PM, local kids join our residents for an afternoon filled with games, crafts, laughter, and meaningful connections. Watching these friendships blossom between generations has been truly heartwarming.

From bracelet making and paper airplanes to card games, ice cream, and plenty of smiles, everyone leaves with a full heart. The residents absolutely love spending time with the kids, and the kids enjoy having extra grandparents and new friends to learn from.

We would love to welcome even more children to join us each week! It’s a wonderful opportunity to brighten someone’s day, make new friends, and create memories that span generations.

🇺🇸🎨 Patriotic Painting with Cindy Mathis of The Painted Poppy! 🎨🇺🇸

Our residents had a wonderful time getting creative during today’s patriotic painting class led by the talented Cindy Mathis from The Painted Poppy! ❤️🤍💙

With a little guidance, a lot of creativity, and plenty of smiles, everyone created their own beautiful red, white, and blue masterpiece. It was a fun afternoon filled with laughter, conversation, and artistic expression.

A special thank you to Cindy for sharing her talent and helping our residents bring their patriotic creations to life. We love seeing the pride and joy on everyone’s faces as they show off their finished artwork!

What a wonderful day at Jersey Ridge Place! Our residents enjoyed a meaningful afternoon of Bible Study with Joy, filled with fellowship, faith, and great discussion. We were also excited to welcome some special young visitors for our Senior Sidekicks program!

From coloring and creating together to sharing stories and smiles, these intergenerational moments are something special. Watching friendships form between our residents and younger generations reminds us that joy, kindness, and connection have no age limit.
