Tomorrow I start my new teaching journey with ! Come join me for two wonderful classes at 8:30 for Flow Fundamentals (a vinyasa style flow class) & at 10:00 for Fit & Flow (a yoga strength class using weight bearing exercises).

Yoga blocks are my favorite prop to use in class. They can be used in many yoga poses to help them feel good in your body. I’ll be using them in my yoga classes this week . I’m teaching Monday, Tuesday, and Thursday this week.
