Nature - the medicine every pregnant and new mom needs.
Our time together will be deeply restorative and just the medicine your nervous system and spirit need as you support yourself and your baby.
With all the changes happening hormonally, physically, and in life - Nature is an anchor to support you in feeling calm, clear, and connected with your body.
New moms, this can be a time just for you or you are welcome to wear your baby or have your baby in a stroller. Nursing or feeding your baby is welcomed and supported at anytime.

Every pregnant mama’s life experience is different; which means no two pregnant journeys will be the same. Consider the wide range of combinations: family of origin, body types, quality of health, lifestyle, past pregnancies, wins and struggles, and culture - you are an expert on you, no one else has lived in your shoes.
Information shared on pregnancy is written for the general public; to speak to a wide range of individuals. It was not specifically written for you. You get to discern what is authentic and honoring for you, your life experience, and your baby.
How do you do this?
Through being embodied, rooted within.
When you are connected inward, you will be able to feel a clear yes from a firm no. The more we practice inhabiting our body - such:
- as feeling our feet on the earth
- feeling the water on our skin as we take a shower
- feeling our body respond to music or art
The better able we can receive our body's wisdom to support our discernment of information that best supports us.
