Job description:

Escape Room Experience Director/ Game Master for a fast paced Escape Room Venue.

*Must be 18 years or older to apply.
*Must have reliable transportation
*Must be willing to work Nights and Weekends

Your daily duties would consist of the following:
- Arrange and complete reservations for customers for instore and online play
- Greeting, checking in, and engaging guests
- Provide in person orientation and game instruction to players
- Monitor experiences via live video and software program to assist with the player's
escape
- Reset rooms to original condition once experience is complete
- Cleaning, disinfecting, and maintaining of Escape Rooms, common areas, and props
- Assist with instore events, such as: Birthday Parties, Corporate and Team Building
Events, Camp Outings, Field Trips, Date Nights, Bachelor and Bachelorette Events,
proposals, etc.
- Sell and restock merchandise

Miscellaneous tasks may include but are not limited to:
- Troubleshooting unexpected problems within the mechanics of rooms/game - Respond to customer phone calls and emails
- Debrief games, including branding photos
- Implementing marketing campaigns as needed

Ideal Candidate will possess the following:
- Microsoft Office, Zoom, Teams, Google Suite, and Canva
- Outgoing, personable, and engaging personality
- Ability to multi-task and perform in stressful situations
- High School Diploma/GED - 18 years of age or older required
- Genuine interest in puzzles and Escape Rooms
